GENERAL REHEARSAL SCHEDULE INFORMATION

→ Current rehearsal schedule is listed below per day and subject to change. Come when you are "called" to rehearsal. ←

→ You will receive weekly updated notifications via email from "Roosevelt's Opening Act Theatre Company" of your call days and times. Other reminders might be sent via Remind.com @rhsoatc. ←

 

→ COMPANY MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE NOTICES ABOUT SPECIFIC REHEARSALS, WORK DAYS, AND PERFORMANCES VIA RHSOATC.VCALLBOARD.COM. Check your email for login invitation and access. 

 

→ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ON THE BULLETIN BOARD OUTSIDE THE BLACK BOX THEATRE, ROOM 009, and/or online as it can be updated in real time. ←

→ ALL OATC REHEARSALS: If not during class, they are after school M, T, W, TH, & F from 3:30-6:00 P.M. or later. 

​

→ CREW DAY: If not during Design/Tech, they are after school F from 3:30-6:00 P.M. unless otherwise noted. Cast members are expected to attend no less than 2 crew work days. Crew is expected to attend all crew work days. Tech also takes place during rehearsal time so be there when "called". 

 

→ All cast and crew are expected to attend all posted rehearsal, tech, and performance days for all productions including Saturdays, when applicable. ←

Please Note: Not all cast and crew receive a physical copy of the script. All will have an e-copy in Virtual Callboard.

GETTING YOUR SCRIPT​

  • Scroll down and click the button below for script access via each production folder. If you don't see a button linked to a folder, all files are posted in Virtual Callboard OR are paper copies instead.

For Straight Plays and Musicals:

  • You will check out an actor's edition copy of a script to use for the rehearsal process.

  • You may use PENCIL ONLY to mark the book. ALL PENCIL MARKS MUST BE ERASED when you RETURN THE BOOK.

  • LIBRETTO VOCAL BOOKS are RENTALS and must be returned by Tech/Dress #1. They must be returned to the publishing company during our performance week or we will be charged for each day late per book.

  • Please make sure to return property by the deadline in excellent condition.
